A local Holiday Factory representative is a service we include on complimentary basis in every holiday package, this ensures our customers are taken care of every step of the way by the Holiday Factory team. Our representative welcomes you at the airport, arranges your transfer to the hotel and ensure you have assistance throughout your journey.

Tours are not included in the package and need to be purchased additionally. Our representatives offer the best tours in the city and guide you on all the must-do’s; where to eat, what to avoid and any additional information you may need during your stay. They are available on call during your holiday if any challenges may arise. You can book you tours directly with our representatives when at the destination or can purchase the tours in advance from our Customer Care support.

No, visa is not included in the holiday package. Obtaining the visa is the sole responsibility of the traveler(s)

Yes, you can cancel your holiday voucher and charges maybe applicable depending on the cancellation policy of that deal. You can read the cancellation policy of each deal under the deal’s specific terms and conditions before you make the purchase.
