1. Travel anytime until 30.04.2026
2. Public holiday periods and peak season holidays are excluded. This includes official holidays such as Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Days, and peak season holidays like school breaks, Christmas, New Year, and Valentine's Day.
3. Infant Fee: AED 300
4. Your requested travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that seats sell out, we will offer alternative travel dates within ±2 days of your preferred departure date.
5. Submit your travel dates at least 5 days before your intended departure.
   For example, if you submit your dates on September 1, the earliest possible travel date will be September 6.

7. City Tax of approx. EUR 5-7 per person per night is to be paid directly to the hotel

9. Nationals of certain countries may require additional checks. In such cases, travel dates can only be requested at least 1 month after the application date. Click here to check if this applies to your nationality.
10. Visa processing times by VFS vary by nationality and may take 15-30 working days, or longer in rare cases. Customers are responsible for selecting their travel dates. If visa processing by VFS exceeds the chosen travel dates, the customer may change their travel dates by paying an amendment fee as per the general T&Cs of Holiday Factory. Holiday Factory will assist in adjusting the travel dates upon request.
11. The passport must have a minimum validity of six months.
12. Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled anytime for a minimal fee of only AED 250 per voucher.
13. The visa appointment process begins once the customer finalizes their travel dates and Holiday Factory confirms and issues the travel documents.
14. The Visa Rejection Shield can be purchased for an additional fee starting from AED 650* per person, providing protection in the event your visa application is rejected by the embassy. In such cases, your booking amount—excluding the shield fee—will be refunded as a credit voucher valid for 12 months, upon submission of official proof of rejection. This Shield can be purchased via our Customer care phone or chat team.
