Since the World Health Organization (WHO) announced Covid19 (Corona Virus) as a worldwide Pandemic, Holiday Factory stopped all Holiday Package sales for all travels, now extended until 15th of July 2020.
The Airlines are not performing any commercial flights, borders are still closed and therefore no regular travel is possible. Because of all this, we have temporarily closed our operations in our Dubai Headquarters office as well as all our other offices around the world.
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our beloved employees and based on the announcement by the government, our customer care centres also had to shut down temporarily. At the same time, following government distancing rules we have established an emergency line operational from 10 AM until 3 PM Sunday to Thursday for emergency purposes only.
Customers can book now our Holiday packages online with travel dates starting after 15th of July 2020. Use our internet booking engine on our webpage and custom made your next holiday.
